Overnight Banana Oats

INGREDIENTS

½ cup rolled oats
1 small banana or ½ large banana
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup unsweetened yoghurt
Fresh seasonal fruit to serve like apple and peach slices

TIPS:

  • Other fruit you may like to serve could be berries, canned lychee or frozen mango.

EQUIPMENTS

  • Fork and bowl
  • Sealable container
  • Fridge

STEPS

Mash a banana with a fork until reaches a custard-like texture.

Combine mashed banana, milk and yogurt in a bowl and mix. Add oats to the bowl and mix well.

Transfer into a sealable container and place in fridge overnight (at least 3-4 hours).

Place oats into serving bowl and serve with cut fresh fruit.
